You don't get the delay like dial pad has, and there's a lot more features than dial pad has. The down load is a little long but it self installs and everything, and you can do a lot more with it. This site is free because it should be. All the tests and info are free for the taking so just sit back and do what you need to do to pass what ever tests that you need to take. We're not going to ask you for any money, or anything as a matter of fact because that's the way it should be shouldn't it? We started this thing because we were looking around for other things to enhance our endeavors in the quest to become certified. Well, there wasn't a lot of testing sites out there that were free. So we decided to do for others what wasn't done for us so there you have it in a nutshell.
